Can I return the puppy if something doesn’t work out?
We could help you in finding a new home if that’s needed. Life can be unpredictable. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to rehome your puppy, we are here to help. We can assist you in finding a loving new home for your furry friend, ensuring they continue to receive the care and love they deserve.
We do offer to take a dog back at times. In the rare event that you need to return your puppy to us; we will gladly accept them back. Please note that the return will be at your expense, as we want to ensure that every puppy remains in a safe and loving environment.
What kind of support do you offer after I take my puppy home?
Ongoing Guidance: When you choose to follow our recommendations, you gain access to lifetime support. We understand that raising a puppy can be both exciting and challenging, and we are committed to being a reliable resource for you. Whether you have questions about training, health, or socialization, our experienced team is just a message away. We also have some trainers we work with locally that I can give you their information. We also have trainers that are offered online that we have formed partnerships with.
If our recommendations aren’t followed, you will lose the lifetime support since you are responsible for the actions needed.
What do you feed your puppies?
We use pet food that has been formulated by a holistic veterinarian. We have been using these products for over 8 years with our own dogs, puppies born here and helping other pets all over the country. If you would like to check it out, go to www.healthyforpaws.com
How do I get on your waitlist?
You can get on our waitlist by filling out an application, (once approved) we have a team meet video call or phone call and finally by sending $1000 for a deposit. That deposit does go towards the price of a puppy. We all know that we can’t control heat cycles, puppies etc so we do allow the deposit to be transferred for up to 18 months on a different litter if needed. Deposits are non-refundable if you haven’t chosen a puppy by that time.
There’s way too many scams going on that we want to make sure that you are comfortable with us as well as us knowing you are the perfect home for one of our fur babies.
